- ClipboardHistoryManager registers persistent ContentObserver on
MediaStore.Images.Media.EXTERNAL_CONTENT_URI in onCreate() but never
unregisters when keyboard hides. Any device media write triggers background
queries & thread creation while keyboard hidden, accumulating high
background usage
