Persist PDF scroll position when switching student submissions for Scanned Exams

For scanned exams where multiple questions exist on a single page, switching between student submissions resets the PDF view to the top of the page. This forces TAs assigned to a specific question to manually scroll to the correct region repeatedly. See if it is possible to create an auto-scrolling function or a static scroll when moving from one student to another? (This can be useful if TAs are assigned to mark certain questions)
