How to set the map level?

By setting LookAt.range, can control the height of map display.
but how to set or get the map level?

Map level is an attribute dependent on look at range and details control of each specific renderable layer.
You cannot set zoom in gerenal as such thing exists only in the scope of some layer.
Different layers can switch level of details ("zoom") on different range.
