Purpose:
Test the impact of new clubb version, performance enhancements & bug fixes.

Description:
Same as 346 (#339) but with an updated cam tag (cam6_4_161 -> cam6_4_166) and CAM namelists:

clubb_penta_solve_method = 2
clubb_tridiag_solve_method = 2

Note that the SourceMod/physpkg.F90 containing the energy fixer changes in 346 needed to be redone with the physpkg.F90 in cam6_4_166.
