User defined "Default node storage location" #387

Feature details
In the main app preferences, a user can set a default node storage location. This location will be used when adding a new node and for "disk space low" notifications. You can re-use the directory(folder) selection code from the
DynamicSettingscode.Good First Issue - if someone wants to just work on the UI side!
