Building the new version of openblas on MSVC 2026

Hello I am trying to build the new version of openblas under MSVC 2026 and CMAKE GUI (Shared libraries). during the linking process it fires lots of link errors. I have added all the generated static libraries (apacke.lib,lapack.lib
LAPACK_OVERRIDES.lib
driver_level2.lib
driver_level3.lib
driver_others.lib
relapack_src.lib) nothing helps
any help would really be appreciated

Seems to work for me in a "Developer Powershell for VS2026", running
cmake -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=cl -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON -DNOFORTRAN=1 -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ..
in a " build" folder created under the toplevel source,
followed by cmake --build .

(But note that a pure VS2016 build will generate a less performant library than using LLVM, MINGW or the Intel compiler would)
