[CRASH] Potential Bug Report: cgr_ref_acc_ctx Negative Reference Count in OpenSIPS CGRateS Module

Hi OpenSIPS Team,
I encountered what appears to be a bug in the OpenSIPS CGRateS module.

Environment:
OpenSIPS version: 3.6.x
OS: Debian 12
CGRateS integration enabled

Observed logs:
May 26 08:47:23 [23] INFO:cgrates:cgrates_process_req: Received new request method=SessionSv1.DisconnectSession param=0x55880a67e760

May 26 08:47:43 [39] CRITICAL:cgrates:cgr_ref_acc_ctx:

ref=-1 ctx=0x7fec9b2d00a0 gone negative!

It seems you have hit a programming bug.

Is this happening in a particular scenario, like when cgrates terminates the call from the middle? Do you have a pcap to understand the call flow?
