Update overture tiles example in the docs

We now have a public repository to provide tile infrastructure. It handles the full AWS setup (S3, CloudFront, Batch, IAM, networking) and pairs with overture-tiles, the containerized pipeline we use to generate our PMTiles themes each release. This is a big deal for any members who'd want to run Overture tiles on their own infrastructure just like we do. This means the CDK is deprecated and the docs needs to be updated with all this awesomeness, specifically this page: https://docs.overturemaps.org/examples/overture-tiles/
