Nether not migrating

Description of issue

after attempting to migrate to 26.1, the overworld is working, but the nether is not migrating

Hi, i check the attachment and not sure why you have two DIM-1 (nether dimension) directories...
world and world_nether has that directory... you need remove one (maybe the DIM-1 in world) and try again.

the crash its expected because the migration move world with the DIM1 and DIM-1 files and when try world_nether and move into world dimensions the regions of nether already exists and fails (i check another worlds pre-migration and dont see duplicate DIM directories so this was a special case caused by a past migration maybe)
