Bug description

Mod shows twice in OneConfig's menu when config directory is different than modid.json, for example modid/config.json:

Steps to reproduce

1. Tested on Minecraft 26.1.2, OneConfig 1.0.13
2. Launch a mod with different config path than modid.json
3. Open OneConfig menu
4. Observe that there are two config entries of the mod
