scroll position does not persist on unmounted components in the virtualized list

Hey @jonathanlab !

I’ve submitted a PR (#1307) to handle this issue with the scroll position. The PlanContent.tsx component had no way of tracking its scroll position, so scrolling on it was ephemeral and reset on every unmount. I added a Map to keep track of the scroll position of any PlanContent component in the current conversation and just set/read the existing scroll position from there.
