opening an issue via "contact us" form does not send email

Prerequisites

• Write a descriptive title.
• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

I need to re-establish ownership of a module and when I open a request via https://www.powershellgallery.com/policies/Contact and check the box to send me a copy of the message, I do not receive any communication

Expected behavior

I should get a copy of the message I submitted to assure me the message was sent as I have not received any response.

Actual behavior

no email is received
