These transforms look generally reasonable to me. They will apply a general purpose set of augmentations to input images, there's other transforms which could be added for other augmentations if you wanted. It depends on your application area what transforms make sense, eg. the noise transforms may not make sense for all modalities, or using MR-specific augmentations would help. There is also the detection tutorials demonstrating other transforms to look at. The detection bundle is worth looking at to for its training transforms.
