Image distortion and narrow text columns on "projects" page with larger screens

Just spotted that on larger screens the images can start to distort and text columns become quite narrow on the projects page: https://publicdatalab.org/projects/

Here's a screenshot:

Wonder if this could be resolve by adjusting CSS to set maximum thresholds for images, so as not to distort them and make text columns too narrow?
