Cannot place pipes on ore in Danger ores Bobs

After allowing steam miners on danger ores Bobs version. "
you can now place Steam mienrs on it but not pipes, so they have to always be at the edge,

Expected behavior
Allow 1 or all of the pipe types on ore so we can use the miners deeper on ore.
(i think only 1 or 3 types on roes would be best so it isnt overloaded with 24 differant icons of pipes/undergrounds

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place a steam miner inside ore
2. try to connect with pipes or udnerground pipes
3. It says it cant be palced
4. steam miners cant be 'powered' without 1 face end off the ore
