Docs request: Starveri API OpenAI-compatible setup example

Hi Roo Code docs team,

I would like to suggest adding a short Starveri API setup example to the OpenAI Compatible provider docs, or a small dedicated provider page if that fits the docs structure better.

Starveri API is an independent OpenAI-compatible GPT/Codex API gateway with public docs, public model metadata, prepaid credits, and a browser demo. It is not affiliated with OpenAI.

I am opening this as a docs request first because I do not want to assume whether the project wants dedicated pages for independent gateway providers, or prefers examples to stay on the generic OpenAI Compatible page.

If this is in scope, I can prepare a small source-backed docs PR using only the public URLs above.
