I want to submit a Chinese translation. Where can I submit the translation file?
Are language files and code separated?

Mod Builder currently doesn't have any translation framework support. I'm familiar with Babel and would like to add it at some point but need to do some larger code cleanup of this repo before I'm able to spend time adding it in.
