Everytime I type # in Sable the client crashes immediately.

Reproduction

1. Open a chat (private or group)
2. Start typing
3. Include the # character

Expected behavior

You can type # without any crashes

Platform and versions

- OS: Win32
- Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/147.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
- Sable: v1.14.0-dev (129a090) (self hosted instance)
