Cleanup and Merge JS #9
Description
Because the previous website was on WordPress, there are a lot of js places: inline or files injected by the plugins.
We should remove unused scripts, merge those that make sense and make the entire theme more manageable.
I doubt there are many .js scripts in use if we exclude all the Wordpress junk.
This will also help with the #4 to create Hugo theme for stackstorm
