I have questions about the CommentStatusUpdate Wizard.

1. Why does the wizard set all comments from PENDING status to APPROVED status? Since in TYPO3 v12 as well as v13 the available statuses have not changed, this does not make sense to me. Especially if you run all upgrade wizards with typo3 upgrade:run, all comments that were in status PENDING are unintentionally released.
2. Why are comments that have the status PENDING and are hidden and deleted set to the status DECLINED, although there is a status DELETED?
