Install - fails on authentication

Describe the bug
unable to install xcode versions

To Reproduce

• install xcodes
• login to apple account
• click install
• see "Unable to install Xcode" prompt

Expected behavior

• the version of xcode I selected is installed

AFAICT I am authenticated:

@nburns I had exactly the same problem. My solution was to login with my Apple account at developer.apple.com and then to accept the Terms & Conditions when prompted. After that the authentication in Xcodes was successful for me
