Current Negative Offset Isn't Shown When Editting Split File

Describe the bug

When a split file has a negative start offset saving then reopening the file doesn't show the current negative start offset.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a split file
2. Set a negative start offset
3. Save file
4. Edit split file
5. Negative Start Offset is back to 0

Expected behavior

Show the current negative offset when editing a file with one set.
