Notes

I spent most of this sprint working on the UGRC API. I was able to migrate it to dotnet 9 and then I refactored the caching layer and have seen great improvements. We are now matching place names with minor misspellings. I hope to update the looker dashboard to show how that is helping. I love these charts as they show everything drop after the deployment...
