PLSS Review App: Usability Enhancements

Enhancements to the PLSS Review app that will improve usability and efficiency.

Acceptance Criteria, in priority order

• 1 Increase records displayed per page, and add pagination controls plss-review#165
• 2 Allow records to be sorted by any column plss-review#166
• 3 Edit Rejection emails to include the specific reason and notes plss-review#168
• 4 Add filtering capabilities to every section plss-review#138
• 5 Allow the BLM Point Id to be a hyperlink in every tab plss-review#167
• 6 Add additional functionality to the Rejected tab plss-review#164
• 7 Add count of records to the "Received" tab plss-review#162

Notes

• It may be beneficial to the user to release 166 and 138 to PROD at the same time

Added edits to the rejection email text to the list of tasks. Users wanted it slotted after sorting, but before filtering. If you think it's better to work on sorting and filtering together, as we originally assumed, let me know.

Since we ended up moving away from pagination (which would have included a record count), we'll need to revisit Add count of records to the "Received" tab #162. I know that was something Miriam was eager to have in place. I've added it as a sub-task, but also please double check with @stdavis on this one. I believe he started it, but may not have been happy with the direction Copilot was going with it.
