Pager Neovim: "/dev/fd/3" [Permission Denied]

I changed pager to nvim but when I open, say cppman template or any other syntaxes, I got an blank page with the notice at the bottom of nvim editor

"/dev/fd/3" [Permission Denied]

Could anyone please help to fix this problem?
