MiMo V2.5 and DeepSeek V4 Flash - Internal Server Error

Description

This is the second time it happened in a week. MiMo V2.5 and DeepSeek V4 Flash are getting Internal Server Error messages.

Other models are fine.

So it's not the rate limits either.

Unless there's hidden burst limits that users should be aware of?

1. Use OpenCode Go
2. Use MiMo V2.5 or Deepseek V4 Flash
3. Watch a barrage of Internal Server Errors and retries making them unusable

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

• Currently experiencing halted and slow inference in OpenCode Go #34667: Same author reports halted/slow inference with MiMo V2.5 and DeepSeek V4 Flash on the same version and platform — this issue may be a continuation of that report.
• Constant Internal Server Errors + Poor Performance (DSV4 Flash) #33781: Another user reports constant Internal Server Errors with DSV4 Flash with very similar symptoms.

If the problem persists after the issues above are resolved, or if this is a distinct new occurrence, please let a maintainer know.

Ah I just got this too, I'm at least glad its not just me. New with opencode but I changed nothing and sudden I got that error.

I was using DeepSeek Pro V4
