Possible bug but probably unique to my install - VM template type not being set on ISO and template uploads from local

Did a fresh 4.20.2 install then upgraded to 4.22:

Template type ends up as null in the database. Install attempt of ISO fails with:
Cannot invoke "com.cloud.storage.Storage$TemplateType.equals(Object)" because the return value of "com.cloud.storage.VMTemplateVO.getTemplateType()" is null

Simply setting the template type "USER" in the data base manually fixes the issue, but I seemingly need to do it each time.

I may just try a fresh 4.22 re-install if nobody has any idea soon enough and will report back either way. If it does look like an upgrade bug I will also report as such.
