It would be useful not to remove the previously installed curl package in the couchdb-nouveu container’s Dockerfile.

In order to perform a health check of the nouveau service within a Docker Compose file, it would be useful to have the curl command available to verify the service status, for example as follows:

healthcheck:
  test: ["CMD", "curl", "-f", "http://localhost:5988/healthcheck"]
  interval: 10s
  timeout: 5s
  retries: 5
  start_period: 10s

Currently, near the end of the Dockerfile, the following command is executed:

apt purge -y --autoremove curl

I propose removing this part and keeping the curl package installed.
