Check Inactive projects status

I have a plan for Friday: recheck Projects Health inactive projects (check the Only show inactive projects (90 days without a commit) checkbox to see them) and check if they are really inactive or maybe it is because they changed GitHub configuration (like moved to a new org/renamed main repo, etc.).

I recently found that Capsule was reported as inactive because DevStats was tracking capsule-rs org instead of clastix/*capsule* repos...

So one after another:

• OpenMetrics - no activity in 122 days - checked their repos for updates/renames etc and the last commit is indeed 122 days old - no action needed.
• CNI-Genie - 323 days - also correct, no action.
• Same with Kudo at 127 days - no action.
• GitOpn WG moved from https://github.com/gitops-working-group -> https://github.com/cncf/tag-app-delivery - so I will update its config and reinitialize the data.
• Foniod - 153 days - correct, no action.
• Krator - says 534 days, while the last commit on tracked repo was on 4/14/2022 which gives 393 days - will investigate, and the config is OK.
• Teller - 104 days - I can see that they moved to a new org: SpectralOps/teller, SpectralOps/helm-teller both moved to a new org: tellerops but SpectralOps/setup-teller-action remained in place, so I will change the config accordingly.

So I'm on it now.
Also opened a PR to fix landscape for Teller: cncf/landscape#3190

Found cause for missing 2 commits for Krator - its org was missing in All CNCF tracking. Fixing.

Updated GitOps WG & Teller configs everywhere - will be now backfilling data.

Done all now we only have 5 inactive projects and all of them are really inactive, see this:

• OpenMetrics - inactive in 124 days.
• CNI-Genie - 326 days.
• Kudo - 130 days.
• Foniod - 156 days.
• Krator - 272 days.

Closing this as done.
