Pull quote links
First endset: the content in the pull quote box
Second endset: the section that the breakout box is part of (paragraph, chapter, sub-section etc.) It will be displayed alongside that sub-section.
By default this is formatted as a breakout box that floats to the left or right of the column on text. There should also be a "breakout box" markup link that allows this markup to be applied to arbitrary content. The pull quote link will be formatted like this by default.
When you click on a pull quote, you are taken to the quote in the document (this is achieved by searching for that content) and the quote is highlighted or selected.
