Bug description

After using the device continuously for about 1 to 2 days, video playback begins to lag and stutter system-wide. This includes local videos played in the default gallery.

Steps to reproduce

Rebooting the phone temporarily resolves the issue, but the stuttering always reoccurs after another 1–2 days of usage.

It is working normally right now. I will need to wait until the issue occurs again.
