adb daemon crashes after finishing any command

Steps to reproduce

step 1: Enable USB debugging
step 2: Connect to the adb daemon
step 3: run a command
(adb daemon crashes and restarts itself)

in this screenshot i ran adb shell and exited and tried running it again fast (up arrow+enter)

Solution

i couldnt found a solution to this

Additional context

first time making a bug report, i hope i did everything i can correctly, using tcpip and usb doesnt make a difference, i cant use scrcpy because of this
