[P1] GPU-provider stake lockup spec (amount, period, slashing rules) #6

@abhicris

Description

@abhicris

"Providers stake CR8 to list" appears as a demand source in tokenomics. Amount, lockup period, and slashing rules don't exist.

Scope

cr8-gpu-provider-stake.md:

  • Base listing stake — USD-denominated, converted to CR8 at quote time. Tiered by provider capacity (e.g. $5K for < 8 GPUs, $25K for 8-64, $100K for 64+).
  • Lockup period — minimum (e.g. 30 days) before unstake request; cooldown after unstake request (e.g. 14 days).
  • Slashing conditions — SLA breach (uptime < 99%), job failure rate (> 5% over 7-day window), proof-of-work mismatch (attestation fails).
  • Slashing amounts — % of stake per breach, scaling by severity.
  • Governance override — DAO can slash by vote for catastrophic breaches (fraud, customer data leak).
