crossplane beta render command does not exist

What happened?

I was trying to follow the documentation at https://github.com/crossplane-contrib/function-python/blob/main/example/README.md
I started hatch run development in one terminal window as instructed.

Then, in a second tab, I ran the following:
/usr/local/bin/crossplane beta render xr.yaml composition.yaml functions.yaml -r
Usage: crossplane beta [flags]
crossplane: error: unexpected argument render

How can we reproduce it?

Follow the guide at https://github.com/crossplane-contrib/function-python/blob/main/example/README.md with crossplane CLI version 1.20 - or the crossplane python package version 0.5.8 - that also doesn't seem to work.

What environment did it happen in?

Function version: N/A
Client Version: v1.20.0
Server Version: v1.20.0
crossplane py package 0.5.8

turns out the command works - just not beta anymore. I'll create a PR to fix this.
