This call results in function not found at some point between 15.5.0 and 16.0.2

Anything that calls defaultWhenVisible just throws an error, I've observed this doesn't function in survey pages at all and in timestamp fields on DataEntry pages.

This arose in REDCap 15.7.0

Improvement: Improved error message dialogs for branching logic and calculation errors on forms and survey pages. All errors are now combined into a single dialog listing all fields with calc errors and/or branching logic errors. In addition, the "Erase value?" confirmation prompt has also been modernized to display all affected fields in the same dialog if those fields have values but were triggered to be hidden by branching logic (either when the page loads or triggered by the changing of a field value).

evalLogic() was renamed applyBranchingLogicResult() and refactored. Replacing the old name with the new addresses the error in defaultWhenVisible(), but breaks the functionality of defaultWhenVisible() in a different way, and breaks some of the BL warning functionality. More extensive work is required to restore order to each.

I am reviewing the differences between evalLogic() and applyBranchingLogicResult() to see if I can write a fix.

I've decided to remove defaultWhenVisible() and give up on using an @DEFAULT value on a field hidden by Branching Logic. I ran this proposal past the REDCap Community nearly three months back and received no negative feedback. That was in the post AutoPopulate Fields EM (Bug Report?) - Branching logic not working with tag @DEFAULT-FROM-PREVIOUS-EVENT. This change will prevent the crashes this module is creating in the REDCap Branching Logic code.
