* Update Vimeo links for speakers in Zurich 2026 program

* Add initial content for DevOpsDays Zurich 2027

- Created location, propose, registration, sponsor, and welcome pages with relevant information.
- Added main configuration file for the event with details such as dates, location, and team members.
- Included sponsorship packages and guidelines for potential sponsors.
- Set up call for proposals and registration timelines.

* Update welcome content and add sponsors for DevOpsDays Zurich 2027

* Revert "Update Vimeo links for speakers in Zurich 2026 program"

This reverts commit 428e490.

* Update contact emails and event details for DevOpsDays Zurich 2027

* Update registration link for DevOpsDays Zurich 2027
