Add Croatian translation for djangoproject.com

The resources dashboard-app and main for Gjango's transifex.com project are now 100% translated into Croatian at Transifex.

• Please update/add all translation files at GitHub's djangoproject.com.
• Please also enable displaying Croatian translation of the website just as you did for Swedish Add Swedish translation for djangoproject.com #2174.

P.S.
I've looked at the Django's Swedish website and discovered that the header/menu and the footer of the pages don't translate.
Maybe you can tackle that problem in a separate issue. IMO, you should add those strings to one of the existing resources within the djangoproject.com, or generate a separate resource within the Gjango's transifex.com project named "header-footer" (just a proposal).

In Croatian is the problem where there's only one item translated on the Homepage, like in issue #2174.

Thanks for the detailed report! Happy to open a PR adding the Croatian translation files and fixing the homepage/header/footer translation gaps, similar to the Swedish setup.

It adds the missing project-level Croatian (hr) translations so the site content is properly localized.

I've looked at the PR #2496. Currently there are still 3 workflows awaiting approval.

Also please don't forgett to resolve the problem about the header/menu and the footer of the pages, as I mentioned in my initial report.

Or should I start a new issue for that?

Yes, this change would require approval from the project maintainers before it can be merged.

Regarding the header concern, I agree that it would be better to track that separately. We should create a new issue specifically for the header-related change so it can be discussed and handled independently.
