error NU1603: (NETCORE_ENGINEERING_TELEMETRY=Restore) Warning As Error: Tools depends on Microsoft.DotNet.SourceBuild.Tasks (>= 10.0.0-beta.26219.105) but Microsoft.DotNet.SourceBuild.Tasks 10.0.0-beta.26219.105 was not found. Microsoft.DotNet.SourceBuild.Tasks 10.0.0-beta.26220.2 was resolved instead.

It seems that the build, that published the Arcade SDK consumed by this build, did not publish Microsoft.DotNet.SourceBuild.Tasks package to the feed. Arcade SDK expresses this package dependency, so we would likely need to update arcade to newer, to resolve this issue.
