sdk: Make `RelationshipElement.first` and `RelationshipElement.second` `Optional`

With version 3.1.2 of the metamodel specification, RelationshipElement.first and RelationshipElement.second are now Optional (see here in the spec).

During updating our SDK to this version, this must have slipped under the radar, so we need to adapt this.
