[BUG] Re index pop up does not show up when saving `collection.xconf`

Usually when editing collecion.xconf using Exide uppon saving you get a pop up saying do you want to re index the collection

Expected behavior

The pop up should show up

Environment

Elemental 7.6.0
eXide version 3.5.4

I have looked at this issue and the main reason the pop up is not showing up is the collection.xonf is not recognized as XML doc.
When we make a request to get the collection.xconf in the response headers we see:

Content-Type: **application/prs.existdb.collection-config+xml**

This will have eXide fail to recognize the file type and thus fail to show the pop up when saved.

I also traced back the origin of this response type and I found it comes from:

elemental/exist-core/src/main/resources/xyz/elemental/mediatype/mime.types

Line 40 in 825e1c4

application/prs.existdb.collection-config+xml xconf

and I can confirm if we change that line to

application/xml                                      xconf

Elemental will return the expected Content-Type header and eXide will also recognize the collection.xconf and show the pop up upon saving.

This ultimately comes down to eXide only recognizing some media-types and if it does not match that string exactly it won't work.
