.Values.fluentbit.serviceMonitor.labelsto thefluent-operatorchart's service monitor template and comments in the corresponding values file (also borrowed some from thefluent-bitchart values file).Did not change existing default behavior.
Fixed some YAML indentation inconsistencies in the values file.
