Update Problem

Hello there,

I've updated my form tools from 2.26 to 3.09. Unzipped the file and loaded the files up to the server via ftp.

The modules couldn't be opened and the process.php didn't work.

I checket the Update page and got the information to update swift mailer. Did it an now I can't reach my form tools anymore.

formtools.beauxbelles.de shows an empty page

Help what do I have to do?

With the info you've provided it's pretty hard to know where to start debugging. I see http://formtools.beauxbelles.de is showing the login page now - did you figure out what was the problem or did you just downgrade back to the older version?

A friend of mine, who also has access to the Database, did a few changes and still is working on it.

First we had an error 500 and he checked the php-files. They had an ^M in the files. He removed them and did a few other repairs, to make it possible to start it again.

But if I send a form, the process.php does not work and the thank-you Page won't be called.

If I try to add a record to the Database, it doesn't take it.

Found the mistake for the record problem. went on add instead of update.

No it just needs to send the mails :)

It does send mails now directly out of the forms email.

But it doesn't start the process.php, if I'm using the registration form.

I'm using a https... page. Must I set the config to ssl true?
