Tabbar not scrollable

When touched, the tabbar "rises" and then does not respond to movement.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.itilev.ru/phonegap/f7demo/?theme=ios
2. Scroll down to 'Toolbar & Tabbar' and click it
3. Click on 'Tabbar Scrollable'
4. At the bottom we touch the tabbar and try to move it
5. The tabbar "rises" and does not respond to movement
