aliased name strings ignore escape marker

[MyTDT-Mysoft]

extern MyVar alias !"\65" as long

emits the symbol as \65 instead of A, and while i can workaround that by using FB_EVAL() , there's differences
for the interop i'm doing (irrelevant to the bug), so i'm reporting this :)
