Additional notes for reviewers
The project is a lightweight manager for local SKILL.md directories. It adds JSON output for scripts and hooks, a minimal portable config, an install guide, GitHub Pages documentation, llms.txt, a top-level standard Agent Skill package, and a Copilot-compatible plugin package. Verification for v0.3.3: local pytest passed, the release includes wheel and sdist assets, and the wheel was installed in a fresh virtual environment with JSON CLI smoke tests.
