I'm loving stacks so far, especially the one-click stack rebase in the UX!
The only complaint I have thus far is the "force push" noise that happens toward the top of the stack as changes are made toward the bottom. Case in point: elastic/kibana#271121
You can see how the refs quite literally following each other:
3801441toeeee1e6to543543e, etc:Perhaps you could consider "bundling" sibling force-pushes into an accordion, or combining them all into one sentence? I'm not sure the value in having a record of refs, but grouping them together might make sense.
