Permission to get secret at Google Forms

When I try to ask a secret to my company at https://gitleaks.io/ I receive a message about permission to view the Google Forms.

With that, I can't fill it out.

Sorry but you are wrong

We only dont need a license if you run as personal account.
As organization license is necessary
