Why does openUrl not support binding dynamic data path

Why does openUrl not support binding dynamic data paths? Need to extend the definition of the openURL method

@ditman I do have a use case where I want to show a column of several identical cards, bound to a data model. Each card contains a button to open a url. Dynamic binding to the url arg is required for that.

I added the following test to basic_functions.test.ts

And it seems to pass. Is the problem that the protocol defines "url" in "openUrl" as a "string" rather than a DynamicString $ref?
