[Feature] stress change options

i am making a modpack and i wanted to give a reason for people to upgrade to harder to obtain materials so i changed default cogs and other items to have a stress use and your mod doesnt have the option to change that

well just making it so cogs, shafts, gearboxes, chain drives share the same stress options as default ones.

Describe alternatives you've considered

or just have a config to change them independtly but that sounds more tedious to make then just linking them to the default create configs

Hi, there already is config for block for the mod and I search to use the Create's default ones
