I have the same issue running on Unraid. Trying to revert back, but I am not sure if the configuration files also changed.

Anyone who needs help reverting just go to your unraid docker settings for zigbee2mqqt and change respositry to: ghcr.io/imagegenius/zigbee2mqtt:2.0.0-ig119

I also tried using app restore but it still pulls some of the docker file from the web so the above it best method as reverts to previous version.

Going back to 2.0.0 worked for me. I wish I had kept the debug output, so I went back to latest version to grab the output and now :latest is working for me. Not sure what changed as I don't remember doing anything.

I am successfully on ember firmware, and have my z2m config adapter: ember working...
but z2m will only work on :2.0.0

I have the same Problem. All versions since 2.0.0. are not working and the Z2M is stuck on a bootloop.
I'm running it as a container in unraid. I already made an issue here, but so luck so far: Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt#26142

Currently I updated the firmware on the stick to the newest and changed the adapter type to ember. On 2.0.0. it is working, but when I update to the latest the bootloop is back with this log:

I made some more tests. If I use the original image, it is working. I just ran this on the unraid console, and now it is working with the newest version of z2m. Maybe there is a problem how this image is build or with some of the dependencies installed:

I was able to resolve the issue by moving to a different repo
koenkk/zigbee2mqtt
Then repairing all my devices. I was not able to copy over the app data/configuration files and have it boot.

I had to start from scratch with the official repo and everything works fine.

Only took me several hours to get all 32 devices working again
